We look for Robotics Software Engineers with a proven record of building high-performance middleware and runtime systems for robotic platforms. If you enjoy designing low-latency execution frameworks, optimizing inter-process communication, and shipping the deployment pipelines that keep a fleet stable in the field, you will thrive here.
You will own large parts of the on-robot stack, from the scheduler that orchestrates planners and controllers, to the tooling that lets an operator bring up a new behavior in minutes. We care about systems that work in messy, uncontrolled environments, not just on a clean bench.
Strong fundamentals in C++ and modern Linux internals matter more than any specific framework. Comfort with ROS2, real-time scheduling, or DDS-style transports is a plus. The best people on this team are equally happy in a profiler and on the shop floor with a screwdriver.
If you have shipped robots that customers actually used, we want to hear about what broke and how you fixed it.
